Representation (Landlords & Tenants) Non-Payment & Evictions
We represent both landlords and tenants in general Landlord and Tenant Board matters across Ontario. For landlords, we prepare and serve the correct notices — N4 (non-payment of rent), N5/N6/N7/N8 (conduct or persistent late payment), and N12 (landlord’s, a family member’s, or a purchaser’s own use) — and take you through the L1 or L2 application and the hearing. For tenants, we fight back with a T2 (tenant rights, harassment, or illegal entry) or a T5 (bad-faith N12/N13 eviction), so your side is heard and your compensation protected.
