Representation (Landlords & Tenants) Non-Payment & Evictions
We assist landlords with the eviction process arising from non-payment of rent. Our services include reviewing the N4 Notice to End Tenancy for Non-payment of Rent, ensuring it complies with the Residential Tenancies Act, preparing and filing the L1 Application, organizing supporting evidence, and representing landlords at hearings before the Landlord and Tenant Board. We work to recover rent arrears and obtain enforceable eviction orders where appropriate, while ensuring the application complies with the Board’s procedural requirements.

We assist landlords with a wide range of applications before the Landlord and Tenant Board beyond non-payment of rent matters.
